Project Steinbeck, called after its location, was held during a renovation of an old building complex. Organised by BrandArt who were asked to paint the whole building exclusively, the building was repainted within a weekend entirely. BrandArt rejected the task to paint it by themselves as the local Graffiti community has claimed the -next to the trainline well situated- wall for over a decade by painting it illegally. With the code of the streets respected this mural is guaranteed not to be crossed out illegally again.
For this project I have been invited to document at first but luckily someone dropped out which gave me a spot for painting too. That meant a double task which during the given time seemed easily doable. Not so luckily my drone crashed out due to bad weather conditions and bad sight.
